Therefore, before signing in your kid in any group sports is better to start with activities like swimming and dancing.   • Don’t insist your children to participate in any sports just because you are interested in it or just because the neighbor’s kids practice it. If you were good baseball player when you were young, then just don’t force your kids to play baseball too. There are many situations when the kid is interested in another, incomprehensible for his parents sport. If you are in such kind of situation, then the best thing which you can do is just to learn the rules and encourage your heir.
  • Don’t focus your attention on the competitive side of the sport. You should not force your kid to be always a winner. There are many parents who make that mistake, so don’t be one of them. It will help your kid to learn what loss means in his own ways.
  • Don’t insist your kid to participate in different sports just for her own satisfaction. If you are football fan, then just accept that your child likes more the rollers instead of the ball. This is the choice of your child, so try to encourage him as much as possible.
  • Don’t force your child to train like an adult even his favorite sport. The five years old kid can experience horrible feelings from one hour tennis lesson especially created for adults.

Most of the children usually try several different sports before finding the most suitable for them. Just keep in mind that your child must be happy during the play and it will help you to stimulate his physical activity in the best possible manner.
